Emo Style Teenage Hairstyles
Filed under: Hair Styles Author: Lori
Emo hairstyles are a popular version of styles created with short layers throughout the top of the style and with long styles throughout the base of the hair, adding length to the style. Through the many styles that are seen through the streets in this popular style, it can be styled with a variety of colors. Although some of the most popular colors for the style include colors like black and white blonde, there are many traditional hair colors which look just as spectacular with hairstyles that have been inspired by these Emo looks.
Even if you have brown hair, blonde hair, or red hair – there are many ways that you can get this popular look, without changing your color. Simply visiting a hair salon and asking for short layers throughout the top of the style, so these layers can be easily teased and back combed within the style is the most effective way to ensure that you can create an Emo appearing hairstyle. When styling your hair, there is often a lot of volume that is popular through the crown of these styles and therefore back combing the layers of the hair, to create the popular volume is simple when you find the right professional grade hair spray and you ensure that you have a comb ready to use. The comb that you should use to back comb this type of style is the traditional tight tooth comb that can be easily used within the hair. These combs are often available in packs of ten to twenty choices, which is helpful if you are anything like me and seem to lose these combs at the rate of a couple a week!
