How to Use Curls in Female Long Hairstyles

When choosing to wear curls down, a little mousse can be used to help maintain and define the curls. It can be used while the hair is wet and be sure to dry it using a diffuser or allow to air dry for a more wavy result. This look can be used for both formal and casual events. Styling it with the top section up leaving the bottom half down can really showcase the face.
For this, use clips or bobby pins and always remember to use a finishing spray to minimize frizz. Curling tendrils beside the face with a curling iron soften a look. Curly hair has lots of volume and looks great up in messy wild styles. Similar to when leaving it loose, add some mousse or pomade while hair is wet to keep curls together. Once dry, pull up in a loose bun or messy chignon to achieve a bohemian look that works for any occasion.
For a more sophisticated look that’s smoother on top, style hair by bringing it up into a high pony tail using a brush, pick or comb, and secure it with an elastic or bobby pins. Let hair spill over, or pin it for more control. This is one of the most classic styles that you can create from the style and can help you to create that special something for an event or can even help you to create styles that are perfect for a morning out with friends.
Curls are very versatile and therefore making small changes within the style can create a whole new look.
